Bio:
Lisa Godley is a native of Hampton Roads. In November of 2007, she founded Acacia Tree Productions, a television production company that specializes in commercials, documentaries, website videos, infomercials and church service
productions. Lisa also serves as a producer/reporter for Hampton Roads’ Own WHRO-TV (PBS). At PBS Lisa co-produces two programs: a news and public affairs show entitled, “What Matters” which airs on Friday evenings at 8:30. She also co-produces a community affairs show entitled: “Another View” which focuses on positive images in the African American Community. “Another View” airs on Fridays at 9:00pm.
Lisa produced an hour long documentary on the first African American students to integrate Norfolk Public Schools, entitled: “The Norfolk 17: Their Story” for WHRO. This program aired in February of 2009.
Lisa is a member of Grove Baptist Church, in Portsmouth.
